About my songs, and my BGM.
What kinds of songs do you want to sing?
Songs that make me want to step into the main character's shoes. Not just cute songs, but songs about putting on a brave face or getting angry, too. I love changing how I sing to match each song's feelings.
In a pop song, I can let my brightness show; in a rock song, I can find a little more strength. With a quiet song, I hope you'll hear the softer voice and the feeling it leaves behind. I'd love for you to discover a different side of me with each song.
What matters to you when you sing?
I want the words to reach you. When I sing, I try to think about what the person in the song is feeling, and why they chose those words.
Even the words “I love you” sound different when you can say them freely and when you're struggling to get them out. I hope that feeling comes through not only in the melody, but in the pauses between words and the places where I take a breath.
What do you like about BGM?
Without words, I can speak through sounds and rhythms. Choose sounds you enjoy to suit the mood of your work, streams, or videos.
A slow rhythm, a gentle sound. Something light on its feet, or something that flows quietly. It's fascinating how a combination of sounds can change the scene without any lyrics. I also love that the same piece can bring different things to mind for different listeners.
When would you like people to listen?
When you want to give a song your full attention, or when you'd like some music playing while you do something else. I'd be happy if you chose whatever suits your mood that day.
Spending time with a song, and using BGM to create something: I think both are ways of enjoying music. I look forward to seeing my music take on new scenery in your videos and streams.

One day, while making an instrumental, I heard a tiny “pu.”
After we'd listened to music together a few times, the mysterious little creature, shaped like a musical note, came to be called Puno.
