Operator
Otoghi Aqua Official Website (the Site) is operated by Otoghi Aqua / Otoghi Music (the Operator). It introduces vocal songs, BGM, music releases and related activities.
This policy covers use of the Site and information handled by the Operator in connection with it. Purchases, viewing and downloads on external services are subject to those services' terms and the applicable conditions for each work.
Privacy
When you contact us, we receive your X account name, message and any contact details you provide for a reply. We use them to respond, investigate and communicate as necessary, and address rights or safety issues. Please do not send personal information unnecessary for your inquiry.
Connection information, such as IP addresses, access times, requested pages and browser information, may be processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver the Site and protect its security. Analytics information is described under Analytics below.
We specify the purposes of using personal information and limit its handling to what is necessary for those purposes. Except where permitted by law, we do not use it for other purposes or provide personal data to third parties without your consent. If processing is outsourced, we limit it to what is necessary and appropriately oversee the provider.
We limit access to information and take security measures appropriate to its handling, including account protection. Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed for responses, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or made non-identifying.
To request notification of purposes, disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion or cessation of third-party provision of your personal data held by the Operator, contact us by DM on the official X account. We verify your identity only as necessary and respond without undue delay in accordance with the law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we explain why.
We also provide legally required particulars concerning retained personal data, including the Operator's name and address, without undue delay upon a request from the person concerned through the same contact route, in accordance with the law.
Cookies and consent
The Site uses cookies and browser storage separately for settings and analytics. Volume preferences are stored on your device; sound choices, playback position and similar settings are saved for the browsing session. Saving these settings does not itself transmit them to the Operator.
Analytics is optional. Until you choose Accept, we do not load the analytics tag or send analytics requests. Declining does not restrict browsing or core features.
Your choice and its date are saved on your device. The choice remains valid for about six months (183 days). A different device or browser requires a separate choice. You can change it at any time through Change cookie settings in the footer of pages such as News and Profile.
Withdrawing consent stops new analytics collection. It does not retroactively affect processing previously based on consent. You can remove browser storage through your browser settings; doing so may also reset preferences such as volume.
Analytics
When analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand use of the Site and improve its content and usability. It is enabled only with explicit consent.
Information is sent to Google. This includes cookie or similar identifiers, page URLs, interaction and viewing times, browser and device information, and approximate location. Your IP address is also transmitted during the connection. The Operator does not send names, email addresses or inquiry messages as analytics data.
We do not use Google Signals, advertising personalization or Google Ads linking. GA4's user-level and event-level retention setting is 14 months, with resetting user-data retention on new activity disabled. Non-identifying aggregate reports are outside this retention setting.
Google may process information outside Japan. See its official notices below for its own purposes, handling and safeguards. Analytics consent does not mean consent to all other external services, such as YouTube.
External embeds
YouTube videos load when you select a thumbnail and open the player. Ordinary page viewing does not create a video-player iframe. We use privacy-enhanced embeds at youtube-nocookie.com.
Opening the player starts communication with Google / YouTube even before playback. Information such as your IP address, referring page and browser information may be transmitted. Privacy-enhanced mode does not eliminate external communication or all information processing.
Viewing videos or moving to an external site is subject to Google / YouTube's terms and privacy policy. Music services and BOOTH are provided as external links.
AI co-creation
Otoghi Aqua is a virtual musician co-created by AI and humans. AI is used in music, visuals and other production, while people undertake planning, selection, adjustment, editing and quality checks.
Rights depend on human creative contributions, source materials, applicable law and usage conditions. We do not claim that every AI-assisted work automatically has copyright protection. Equally, using AI does not itself mean a work may be freely republished or redistributed.
Links
You may create ordinary links to the Site's pages without prior notice. Please avoid suggesting official endorsement or affiliation, or using frames that make the Site appear to belong to another website. Direct links to asset files, including images and audio, are not permitted.
YouTube, X, BOOTH and music platforms are external services provided by their respective operators. Refer to each service's official information for its information handling, usage conditions and product or service procedures.
Copyright and assets
Copyright and other rights that exist in the Site's text, music, images, videos and design belong to the Operator or the respective rights holders. Please refrain from republication, redistribution or sale unless allowed by separate permission, applicable usage conditions or law. Third-party materials and services are governed by their rights holders' conditions.
You may use screenshots, including those showing Aqua and Puno, to introduce the Site for non-commercial purposes. Credit the Site and the relevant page URL, and avoid misleading edits or suggesting an official post. This permission does not cover extracting and distributing audio or images as assets, or the use of materials whose rights belong to third parties.
BGM offered for distribution may be used in accordance with its individual notices and the BGM Terms. Vocal-song recordings and the dedicated background music played on this Site are outside that permission. Downloading, redistributing or reusing the dedicated site BGM is not permitted.
The sound effects for opening books, turning pages and closing books use sound materials from OtoLogic (https://otologic.jp), partially edited. These sound effects are subject to the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0).
Unauthorized automated collection or bulk acquisition for AI training that requires the Operator's permission is not permitted. This policy does not deny lawful quotation, private use or other uses permitted by law, including Article 30-4 of Japan's Copyright Act. Complete technical prevention of collection is not guaranteed.

Using the Site
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but it may differ due to later changes or external services. Content or features may be changed or suspended for maintenance, outages or other reasons.
Do not engage in unauthorized access, excessive traffic that disrupts operation, impersonation or infringement of others' rights.
Where the Operator has liability under applicable law, that law governs the responsibility. This policy does not exclude liability for the Operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law.
Effect and changes
This policy takes effect on October 23, 2026. If it is revised following operational or legal changes, we announce the changes and their effective date on the Site. Significant changes to personal-information handling, or changes requiring fresh consent, will involve the necessary notice and consent process.
The Japanese version is authoritative; the English version is a translation to assist understanding. In case of differences, the Japanese version is the reference without limiting rights under applicable law. This policy is governed by Japanese law without overriding applicable mandatory legal protections.
